GCSE Islamic Studies Results 2013/2014
After successfully passing the application process and inspections by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), the British Muslim Heritage Centre (BMHC) gained accreditation from the examination board Edexcel to become an examination centre for GCSEs.
The BMHC delivered an accelerated Religious Studies GCSE Islamic Studies course in 2013/2014 academic year. The course was delivered by and experienced and qualified teacher.
In May and June 2014 altogether 52 students sat their GCSE Islamic Studies examinations here at the BMHC.
We are pleased and proud to announce that all of the Students who sat their examinations passed their GCSEs. All our students did exceptionally well, with over 71% of the students receiving the top grades of A* or A and over 98% receiving A* – C.
We are now enrolling students for GCSE Islamic Studies and GCSE Arabic Language.
GCSE Islamic Studies – Accelerated Religious Studies Edexcel GCSE course conducted over 1 year.
GCSE Arabic – 2 Year GCSE Arabic course consisting of four units based on the following skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.
* For GCSE Arabic prior knowledge is a pre-requisite.
Course taught by qualified teachers.
Classes on Tuesday 7:00pm – 8:30pm at the BMHC
Minimum age: Secondary School. Year 9
Course Fee: £150.00 (£75.00 payable in September and £75 in January)
