International Conference of Global Islamic Studies 2014
The International Conference of Global Islamic Studies 2014 (ICGIS 14) was a premier conference for the presentation of new and advance thought in the global Islamic studies.
The main objective of the conference was to establish Islamic knowledge in the eyes of the global community.
The conference also discusses issues related to the field of Islamic knowledge in theory and practice. The conference bought together researchers, academicians, masters and PhD students, practitioners from around the world.
After the full-day conference at the University of Salford participants of the conference attended s special dinner at the British Muslim Heritage Centre. At the dinner The National University of Malaysia and the British Muslim Heritage Centre signed a Memorandum of Understanding pledging to work together.
