Head of Estates, Security and Safety
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Per Annum pro-rata for 2 days work
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the British Muslim Heritage Centre (BMHC). We are recruiting a part-time (two days per week) Head of Estates, Security and Safety (HESS). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day to day management of the estate, security and safety provision in line with all Legislative and Contract parameters. This includes the management of the BMHC offices and accommodation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across the whole of the interior and exterior BMHC estate; ensuring that security and safety is at the heart of everything we do whilst maintaining exceptional service quality standards, budgetary controls and customer care.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent networking, project management and need to demonstrate extensive networking experience and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of people both within the organisation and externally. The candidate will need to be able to balance competing priorities, be flexible, focused and resilient.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be part of the Senior Management Team.
