Ramadan Mubarak & Taraweeh

As per usual, we the British Muslim Heritage Centre always begin Ramadan based on when the majority of Muslims begin Ramadan in the UK. Therefore, we are pleased to announce, that the first day of Ramadan will start tomorrow (Tuesday 13th April 2021), with the first Taraweeh prayer taking place this evening (Monday 12th April 2021) at the British Muslim Heritage Centre. 

Important Points regarding Taraweeh Prayers

• Taraweeh Prayers will be led by Qari Monther Saigh (Saudi Arabia)
• Taraweeh Prayers will be approx 30-40 mins this year.
• LIMITED PLACES ONLY – ENTRY WILL BE ON A FIRST COME BASIS
• Once we are FULL we will close the Main Gates and no one will be allowed entry onto the grounds.

• PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN PRAYER MATS AND MASKS
• NO children under 16
• Please perform Wudu at home
• DO NOT ATTEND if you feel unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19
